the latest leg chiseller

A potent new leg-shaping technique has debuted at the capital's swishest pilates studio: Xtend Barre, the workout sweeping America, Australia, Canada and Brazil, has been introduced at trainer Jess Schuring's Heartcore studio and promises to give you legs like a ballerina. Vigorous and fun, the workout  mixes toning and strengthening exercises with lengthening stretches. End result? A long, lean physique with unwanted bulk, better posture, strength and flexibility with a  serious side-order of burned calories (about 700 per session). Jess was wowed by the Xtend Barre workout - and its rapid results - on a recent trip to the US. "People love that they are in and out in less than an hour and are guaranteed a full body chisel and stretch” says Xtend Barre master trainer Rockell Williamson, a professional dancer who will be teaching the method to Heartcore trainers. Williamson says, “The Xtend Barre philosophy is geared to challenge bodies of any age, gender or fitness. Exercises can be modified for beginners or amplified for advanced clients and athletes looking for an extreme challenge".
