So there we all were, the great and good of the beauty press, gathered on the terrace at London's Connaught Hotel last night, sipping champagne cocktails to celebrate the launch of Acqua di Parma's new fragrance. As you do. And everything is going well until The Legologist accidentally overhears a fellow editor mention the words 'French' and 'legs' in the same sentence, and discovers that there is a new leggy treat coming to counters shortly which she doesn't know about. It's OK followers, I can handle the humiliation. It was much trickier laughing off falling over an iron chair while trying to leave discreetly in order to Google said product, but a chicken kebab helped on that front. So here it is, left, Keraskin Esthetics French Legs, part of a capsule Le Body range, and used during their Original French Legs Ritual, a 20-minute salon treatment which involves a specific rubbing (exfoliation), a streamlined massage that relaxes and shapes, and an application of self-tanning cream. After this, your legs apparently look like you have just returned from Punta Cana. Keraskin Le Body also includes a Hydro-Scrub, a L'Huile K (massage oil) and contouring caffeine-based treatment called Morphologiste. It remains a mystery as to where and when French Legs - indeed the ritual - will be available (although the face care is at Harrods Urban Retreat), but no doubt The Legologist will find out in the fullness of time. Meantime, can anyone recommend a good arnica preparation?

You can find lots from this range at Neville salon in Belgravia, too.
As for arnica prep, I would highly recommend Atrogel Arnic Gel by A Vogel.
