save your sole

You pick nuggets of information up in the strangest places.  There was The Legologist, minding her own business and having her roots sorted this morning, when a conversation was overhead about 'doing a Louboutin'. The story goes that this person noticed a pile of shoes stacked up by the bin in their local re-heeling bar. Assuming them to be Christian Louboutin - and out for the trash - he remarked that it seemed a shame that such an expensive shoe couldn't be saved.  At which point the cobbler - who shall remain unnamed - looked horrified and explained that the shoes weren't being binned - they weren't in fact even Louboutin, but had been brought in to be made into Louboutin's with a special coat of red paint.  And Save Your Sole (left) is that paint. It can of course also be used to invigorate the tired red soles of real Louboutins. Genius.
